Bestevaer 53ST "Kite" launched
K&M proudly launched the Bestevaer 53ST "Kite" last month. The yacht features a distinctive straight bow and is designed by Gerard Dijkstra & Partners. She is almost a twin of Dijkstra's own yacht "Bestevaer II". The hull shape of both yachts is the same, but the finishing is different. The "Kite" has more comfort on board, and thanks to a lifting keel (1.50 -3.20 m), she can be sailed in shallow waters. The 53-feet long yacht has a classic interior with wood panelling and a beamed ceiling. The cockpit, the deck and the pilothouse are painted off-white while the hull has remained unpainted aluminium.
